Our equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) council is made up of passionate ISHA volunteers. They work closely with the CEO and Board to shape and implement our ED&I strategy, ensuring that policies, work plans, audits and initiatives are fair and inclusive. The council also provides a route for employees to raise any ED&I concerns, giving confidence that all issues will be addressed thoroughly and thoughtfully.
