In 2024-25, we focused on building safety, resident involvement and delivering improved services that better meet resident expectations. We also worked hard to strengthen our internal financial controls. Our work was recognised by the Regulator for Social Housing, and we are again graded G1 for governance.

We comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code and in line with reporting requirements, we have published our self-assessment against the code, our Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, and the Board's response.
