Our strategy
Our sustainability strategy has two strands - our environmental intentions and impact and the sustainability of ISHA as a business.
ISHA’s environmental sustainability strategy focuses on the following objectives: tackling fuel poverty, improving the energy efficiency of customers’ homes, continuing to meet carbon reduction targets, and minimising the environmental impacts of our activities.
For our building and business practices, we are stewarding ISHA’s assets and finances and taking the long view. Our viability and governance ratings confirm this.
This contains our desired outcomes, a summary of the current position, and an outline of the activities needed to achieve the proposed outcome.
Strategy review
The current strategy was set in 2020, so it is nearing its end. As we enter the final year of delivering our targets, we will be reviewing our progress, and looking to set a new strategy in 2026.
