How to Apply for Housing with ISHA

You can become an ISHA customer by applying for housing through your local authority. We do not operate a waiting list for our homes, so if you want to become an ISHA customer, you will need to contact one of the Local Authorities below and register with them:

London Borough of Hackney London Borough of Hackney.
London Borough of Islington London Borough of Islington. 
London Borough of Waltham Forest London Borough of Waltham Forest.
London Borough of Camden London Borough of Camden.
London Borough of Tower Hamlets London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
London Borough of Haringey London Borough of Haringey.

Home Swapper

You can also swap homes through a service called HomeSwapper. This is also known as mutual exchange, and allows you to swap with other ISHA customers, or other housing association or council resdients. Shared Ownership Opportunities

You can become an ISHA customer by purchasing one of our Shared Ownership (Part Buy, Part Rent) properties. To do this, register with Housing Options by visiting www.sharetobuy.com Sharetobuy website. . For more information, call ISHA on 0300 131 7300 or email isha@isha.co.uk.
