About the annual report
The report contains our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and Management Information Measures, which we must compile and share with you by the Regulator of Social Housing
. We urge you to read them to learn more about how we are doing in delivering our services.
Beyond regulation, we are more than pleased to share this information about our performance as a landlord, how we are listening to you, and what we are doing to improve. After all, this information is about YOUR homes.
We’ve tried to make the report enjoyable and easy to understand by presenting it clearly and concisely. The annual report also contains some fun things, such as activities and events, that we’ve provided or been involved in throughout the year.
As our Chief Executive Ruth Davison says in her foreword:
