Your managing agent is responsible for maintaining the building where you live. This includes carrying out Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), safety, cleaning, gardening and communal repairs.
We only carry out Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) for properties we manage with a communal area. If you live in a townhouse or somewhere without a communal area, we don't carry out a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA).
