Moving into your new home

{"markup":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Before you move into your new home we will make sure the property is safe, clean and in a reasonable state of repair.</strong></p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We call this the lettable standard and it sets out the standard that ISHA properties will meet when they are let to new tenants.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We will try to complete all works before you move into the property, but, where works are not urgent, we may have to carry them out after you have moved in.
