Complaints
We comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code and in line with new reporting requirements from 2023-24 have carried out a self-assessment of our complaints policy and published our first Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, along with the Board's response.
Our complaints policy has been approved by ISHA's Board (unchanged from current copy on the website)
