Financial statements

In 2023-2024, we celebrated 90 years of providing affordable homes in London, even as we continued to weather many of the same difficulties that were prevalent in 1933: economic shifts, the impact of high inflation, and a severe lack of affordable homes for those most in need.

Complaints
We comply with the Housing Ombudsman's Statutory Complaint Handling Code and in line with new reporting requirements from 2023-24 have carried out a self-assessment of our complaints policy and published our first Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report, along with the Board's response.
