Our Approach to Resident Involvement and Scrutiny
In 2019, ISHA partnered with Tpas to develop a new, flexible, and engaging approach to resident involvement and scrutiny. This process has engaged over 100 residents across various areas, including repairs communication, anti-social behaviour, and ISHA's response to the coronavirus pandemic.

On your estate or in your community
Attend an estate inspection by visiting in your area or checking your noticeboard for dates and times, or start a resident's associations with others on your estate.
Quick ways to give feedback
Respond to a satisfaction survey, which may be sent via email, text, or telephone. We strive not to overwhelm you with surveys, and your responses are shared with managers in each service area to help improve our services.
