Spring Villa , N5
Offering 1 & 2 bedroom flats in Islington, Spring Villa provides a secure environment for independent seniors. Priority goes to those on Islington Council's waiting list. ISHA's management services ensure resident wellbeing with access to 24-hour telecare.
Penn Street, N1
16 one-bedroom flats offering comprehensive care for older adults in Hackney. Access is coordinated through Hackney's Adult Social Care Teams. ISHA manages the housing, while LB Hackney provides on-site 24-hour care.
Liz McKeon House, N1
A supported living scheme for older people with mental health issues in Hackney, comprising self-contained flats. ISHA provides enhanced housing management, while 24-hour care is provided by an LB Hackney team. Referral is via Hackney’s Adult Social Care Teams.
Accommodation for former rough sleepers
ISHA manages 28 self contained single person flats in Islington which are allocated to former rough sleepers referred to us by the Clearing House.
Floating support is provided for up to two years by St Mungos Tenancy Sustainment Team (North) before customers are supported to move on to other housing.
Accommodation for adults with learning disabilities
In 2011 ISHA entered into an agreement with the London Borough of Islington to house 10 adults with learning disabilities on an estate in the Borough.
The self contained single person flats are allocated to adults with learning disabilities referred by Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership (ILDP). On site support (including night time cover) is provided by Centre 404.
We also have a block of seven flats in one of our Waltham Forest estates that is reserved for adults with a learning disability. Support services are based on individual assessment and commissioned by Waltham Forest Council from a variety of providers.
